Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk bahan ajar IPS berbasis pendekatan kontekstual untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar berjudul Mengenal Kegiatan Ekonomi. Bahan ajar berisikan materi mengenai kegiatan ekonomi yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam dan potensi lain di daerah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Research and Development (R & D) dengan mengacu pada Model Pengembangan Instruksional dari Atwi Suparman. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas empat SDN Binong V Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket, observasi, dan wawancara oleh responden dengan tahapan uji coba ahli, evaluasi satu-satu, evaluasi kelompok kecil, dan uji lapangan. Hasil penelitian pada uji coba ahli memperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 93,16%. Selanjutnya, evaluasi satu-satu memperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 96,3%. Evaluasi kelompok kecil memperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 97,06% dan uji lapangan memperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 96,64%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Bahan Ajar IPS Berbasis Pendekatan Kontekstual menunjukkan hasil dengan kriteria sangat baik. Research and development aimed to produce an social teaching material for the 4th grade of elementary students, entitled Get To Know Economic Activities. Instructional material containing materials on economic activities related to natural resources and other potentials in the area. The produced teaching material was a result of Research and Development (R & D) method that refers to the Instructional Model Development of Atwi Suparman. This research involved a 4th grade students in Binong V Primary School Tangerang Regency. This research used form questionnair, observations, and an interview by the respondent to the trial stage of experts review, one to one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field test. The Results of experts review obtain an overall average of 93.16%. Furthermore, one to one evaluation obtain an overall average of 96.3%. Small group evaluation obtain an overall average of 97.06% and a field test obtain an overall average of 96.64%. The results showed that the development of Social Teaching Material Based on Contextual Approach shows a results with very good criteria.
