Abstract
Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) merupakan perilaku yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa untuk mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah. Ada beberapa faktor mempengaruhi PHBS siswa diantaranya informasi yang diterima siswa dari guru dan kepala sekolah. Pada satu gugus terdapat satu SD inti dan beberapa SD imbas. Saat sosialisasi PHBS, informasi dari dinas pendidikan kepada SD inti harus di sampaikan kepada SD imbas. Namun adanya informasi berantai ini menyebabkan terjadinya distorsi informasi, yang akan berakibat munculnya perbedaan perilaku PHBS pada siswa SD inti dan SD imbas. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskripsi kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel pada masing-masing SD intidan SD imbas adalah 195 siswa.Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang didukung wawancara dan observasi saranaprasarana serta perilaku PHBS siswa. Setelah dihitung data hasil kuesioner diperoleh nilai rata-rata perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat siswa di SD inti lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata siswa di SD imbas. Berdasarkan pengujian Hipotesis didapatkan hasil Z hitung adalah 3,33 lebih besar dibandingkan Z kritisnya yaitu 1,95. Berdasarkan hasil tesebut, disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat antara siswa SD inti dan SD imbas. Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) should be possessed by students to support the success of school education. There are several factors that influence PHBS included information PHBS students received from teachers and principals. In one group, there is one Sekolah Dasar Inti (SD Inti) and some Sekolah Dasar Imbas (SD Imbas). In the socialization of PHBS information from Department of Education to SD Inti should be informed to SD Imbas. But the existence of these chain information causes distortion of information, which will result in the emergence of differences in the behavior of PHBS in SD Inti and SD imbas. This study used descriptive method with the number of samples in each SD Inti and SD Imbas was 195 students. Data were obtained from questionnaires, interviews and observations were supported infrastructure as well as the behavior of the student PHBS. Once the results of the questionnaire obtained data was calculated the average score of a PHBS of students at SD inti was higher than students SD Imbas. Hypothesis testing showed Z count was 3.31 greater than the critical Z was 1.95. Based on the results of proficiency level, concluded there were differences in the behavior of clean and healthy lifestyle among SD Inti and SD Imbas.
