Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Rawamangun 01 Pagi Jakarta Timur, bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi dan mendeskripsikan mengenai Manajemen Peserta Didik Pasca Regrouping. Penelitian dilaksanakan sejak bulan Desember 2016 sampai dengan Juni 2016. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari informan kunci yaitu kepala sekolah periode 2015/2016 dan beberapa informan pendukung yaitu kepala sekolah periode 2016/2017, guru-guru yang terkait, operator sekolah, dan orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses pencatatan peserta didik pasca regrouping dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan beberapa tahapan dalam hal pembagian tugas sesuai dengan tugas pokok guru dan tugas operator sekolah, penggabungan data-data atau dokumentasi peserta didik, penginputan data secara manual dan komputer. Pembinaan peserta didik pasca regrouping yaitu kegiatan akademik dan non akademik. Kegiatan akademik yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kurikulum nasional dan dilaksanakan selama proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas dan kegiatan non akademik dilakukan pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas sudah selesai. Sedangkan proses pelaporan peserta didik pasca regrouping yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan beberapa tahapan pembagian tugas kepada guru dan operator sekolah, penggabungan data-data atau dokumentasi peserta didik dan operator sekolah dan guru mencatat laporan peserta didik, laporan hasil kegiatan belajar mengajar peserta didik dilaporkan ke dinas pendidikan dan orang tua siswa. Research conducted at SDN Rawamangun 01 Pagi East Jakarta, aims to find information and describe the Management of Students Post Regrouping. Research conducted since December 2016 to June 2016. The approach used is a qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Source data from this study came from key informants that the principal period 2015/2016 and several supporters informants are the principal of the period 2016/2017, relevant teachers, the operator of the school, and parents. The result of this research is the process of listing students after regrouping carried out by the principal at several stages, in the distribution of tasks in accordance with the basic tasks of teachers and school operator, merging the data or documentation students, inputting data manually and by computer. Coaching students post regrouping academic and non-academic. Academic activities are carried out in accordance with the national curriculum and implemented during the process of teaching and learning activities in the classroom while non-academic activities carried out at the time of teaching and learning activities in the classroom has been complete. The reporting of teaching and learning activites students post regrouping conducted by the principal at several stages of the division tasks to teachers and school operator, merging the data or documentation students and school operator and teacher listing student’s report. The report of learning activities of students are reported to education authorities and parents.
