Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap work-family conflict. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaitf. Populasi daam penelitian ini adalah guru wanita honorer di Sekolah Dasar Swasta. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 62 (N =62) dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen regulasi emosi dan Work-Family Conflict Scale (WFCS). Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi satu prediktor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh nilai F hitung 19,979 > F Tabel 4,00 dengan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara regulasi emosi terhadap work-family conflict pada guru wanita honorer di Sekolah Dasar Swasta. Pengaruh yang dihasilkan bersifat negatif, artinya jika tingkat regulasi emosi tinggi, maka tingkat work-family conflict akan rendah. This study aims to determine the effect of emotion regulation on the workfamily conflict. This research using quantitative methods. The population in this study is a female honorary teachers in Private Elementary School. Samples to this study were 62 (n = 62) using purposive sampling technique. The data using a questionnaire of regulation emotion and work-family conflict scale (WFCS). Test hypothesis in this study using a regression analysis one predictors. Based on the analysis of data, obtained F count 19.979 > F Table 4.00 with p=0.000 (p < 0.05). This means that there is an influence between emotion regulation to the workfamily conflict on a female honorary teacher Private Elementary School. The resulting negative influence, meaning that if the emotion regulation in high levels, the levels of work-family conflict will be lower.
