Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan reponsibilitas kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cakung Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan 2 variabel didalamnya yaitu: (X) Supervisi sebagai variabel bebas dan (Y) responsibilitas kerja sebagai variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan studi korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 83 orang guru. Pengambilan sampel secara acak menggunakan simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh thitung sebesar 8,88 yang berarti lebih besar dari ttabel 1,990. Maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dinyatakan diterima secara positif. Dari koefisien determinasi, supervisi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 49,30% terhadap responsibilitas kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cakung Jakarta Timur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat responsibilitas kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Cakung Jakarta Timur. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between supervision principal with work responsibility teacher state junior high school in District Cakung East Jakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables there in, namely: (X) Supervision as independent variables and (Y) work responsibility as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies. Samples were as many as 83 teacher. Sampling using simple random sampling by the Slovin formula and data collection using questionnaires. From the result of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount equal to 8,88, which means bigger than ttable 1,990. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. The coefficient of determination, supervision contributed 49,30% to work responsibility teacher state junior high school in District Cakung East Jakarta. Based on the result of the research, it is known that the more active supervision principal, the higher the level of work responsibility teacher state junior high school in District Cakung East Jakarta.
