Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Islam Terpadu Gema Nurani Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 hingga Januari 2017. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pembinaan kepemimpinan siswa melalui kegiatan OSIS. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari 1 informan kunci dan 3 informan pendukung. Program pembinaan kepemimpinan siswa dilakukan dengan memerhatikan aspek yang melatarbelakangi program, menentukan sasaran program, bentuk kegiatan dan tujuan kegiatan dalam program. Pelaksanaan pembinaan kepemimpinan siswa dilakukan melalui kegiatan OSIS dengan melibatkan stakeholder sekolah, memperhatikan kesesuaian waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan, dampak kegiatan terhadap siswa dan menentukan cara menangani kendala kegiatan. Evaluasi pembinaan kepemimpinan siswa dilakukan melalui rapat evaluasi internal dan evaluasi tahunan dengan berpedoman kepada laporan pertanggung jawaban serta instrumen evaluasi sehingga menghasilkan suatu keputusan yaitu tetap dilanjutkan atau diberhentikannya suatu kegiatan dan sebagai pedoman kepengurusan OSIS selanjutnya. Faktor keberhasilan pembinaan kepemimpinan siswa melalui kegiatan OSIS yaitu koordinasi, komunikasi, kerjasama yang baik dari stakeholder sekolah yaitu Kepala Sekolah, OSIS, Siswa, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, Pembina OSIS, Staf Tata Usaha dan Satpam, serta dukungan riil dari Orang tua siswa berupa perizinan siswa, ikut membantu kegiatan OSIS, dan menyumbangkan keuangan demi kelancaran kegiatan-kegiatan yang berdampak positif terhadap siswa. This research was conducted at Integrated Islamic Senior High School Gema Nurani Bekasi. This research was conducted in October 2016 to January 2017. The purpose of this research to obtain information regarding student leadership development programs, through student activities council. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation study. Source of research data comes from a key informant and three informants supporters. Student leadership development program carried out with consideration underlying the program, determining program objectives, events and activities of interest in the program. Implementation of student leadership development, has been undertaken by involving all stakeholders in the school student council, to suitability timing of activities, the impact of the activities of the students and determine how to handle the constraints of activities. Evaluation of student leadership development was through internal evaluation meeting and annual evaluation reports with reference to accountability and evaluation instruments resulting in a decision that an activity be continued or terminated and to guide further management council. Success factors of student leadership development through the activities of the council is the coordination, communication, cooperation from stakeholders in schools, Principal, Student Council, Student, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, Coaches OSIS, Staff Administration and security guard, as well as real support from parents of students in the form of permitting the students, helping the student council activities, and contribute financially to the smooth activities that have a positive impact on students.
