Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar IPA siswa menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipeTeams Games Tournament (TGT) lebih tinggi dari pada tipe Student Teams Achievement Division(STAD) pada materi bumi dan alam semesta.Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Kecamatan Cipayung dengan sampel siswa kelas V pada semester II tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes objektif berupa pilihan ganda, yang terdiri dari 15 butir soal dengan empat opsi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji-t setelah terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan yang terdiri dari uji normalitas data menggunakan Liliefors dan homogenitas menggunakan Barlet. Hasil penghitungan uji-t, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,53. Nilai ttabel pada taraf signifikan  = 0,05 dan dk = 72 adalah1,99. Oleh karena nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel (4,53> 1,99), maka H0 ditolak dan H1diterima. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar IPA siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang menggunakan tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) pada kelas V sekolah dasar. The purpose of this research was to know whether the students science learning outcome that used cooperative learning model teams games tounament (TGT) type is higher than student team achievement division (STAD) type in topic the earth and the universe. The research was done to 5 th grader students of Public Elementary Schools in Cipayung Subdistrict within the second semester of 2015/2016 academic year. Samples were collected by used Cluster Random Sampling technique. The method used in this research was experiment method. Data were gathered by using objective test in multiple choices consist of 15 number of questions in four options. Data analysis technique that is used to test hypothesis was T-Test and has been tested for its normality using Liliefors and the homogeneity using Barlet. The result of T-Test calculation obtained the value of tcount 4,53. Value ttable on significance level  = 0,05 and df = 72 is 1,99. Therefore tcount value greater than the ttable (4,53 > 1,99) the H0 is rejected and the H1 accepted. Thus, the students science learning outcome that used cooperative learning model teams games tournament (TGT) type is higher than student team achievement division (STAD) type in the 5 th grader elementary school.
