Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas kinerja sistem proteksi aktif kebakaran di Gedung X. Penilaian keseluruhan dengan menguji coba dan mengamati sistem proteksi aktif yang dimiliki gedung X dengan lembar observasi yang mengacu pada Peraturan Mentri Pekerjaan Umum No.24/PRT/M/2008 Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum NO.26/PRT/M/2008, SNI 03-3987-1995, SNI 03-3985-2000, 03-6570-2001, dan SNI 03-6571-2001 untuk menilai kinerja sistem proteksi aktif kebakaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi sistem proteksi aktif yang dimiliki Gedung X ini sudah cukup baik yaitu alat pemadam api ringan selalu diperiksa secara periodik serta sistem sprinkler sudah memenuhui persyaratan tata letak dan jumlah penempatan sudah sesuai standar dan masih ada beberapa kekurangan yaitu terdapat beberapa temuan/catatan yang harus diperbaiki seperti bangunan harus dilengkapi presurized fan serta pada ruang pompa harus dipasang lampu emergency dan bangunan harus dipasang lift kebakaran. yang terdapat di Gedung X dan perlu dilakukan perbaikan agar sistem proteksi aktif berfungsi secara maksimal. This study discusses the performance of active fire protection system in Building X. Overall assessment by testing and observing active protection system owned by building X with observation sheet which refers to Regulation of Minister of Public Works No.24 / PRT / M / 2008 Minister of Public Works Regulation NO .26 / PRT / M / 2008, SNI 03-3987-1995, SNI 03-3985-2000, 03-6570-2001, and SNI 03-6571- 2001 to assess the performance of active fire protection systems. The results of this study indicate that the results of the evaluation of active protection system owned by Building X is good enough that light fire extinguishers are always checked periodically and sprinkler system has met the requirements of the layout and the number of placements are in accordance with the standards and there are still some shortcomings that there are some findings / Records that must be repaired as the building must be equipped with a presurized fan as well as in the pump room should be installed emergency lights and buildings should be installed fire lifts. Which is located in Building X and needs to be repaired so that the active protection system works optimally.
