Abstract

Linda Jayanti Agustini. Efektivitas Gratitude Training untuk Meningkatkan Subjective Well-being pada Remaja di Panti Asuhan. Skripsi. Jakarta: Jurusan Psikologi, Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan bersyukur untuk meningkatkan subjective well-being pada remaja di panti asuhan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak bulan Februari hingga bulan Juli 2017 yang dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Ar-Riyadhul Jannah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian preeksperimental dengan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang peserta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala subjective well-being yang terdiri dari SWLS dan SPANE, dan dengan menggunakan analisis statistic uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai z SWLS = -2.375; z SPANE = -2.214; p SWLS = 0.018 < 0.05; p SPANE = 0.027; p < 0.05 (signifikan), artinya pelatihan bersyukur efektif untuk meningkatkan subjective wellbeing pada remaja di panti asuhan. State University of Jakarta. 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine gratitude training on increasing subjective well-being on adolescent in orphanage. The study was conducted from February to July 2017 which was held on Ar-Riyadhul Jannah Orphanage. This study used preexperimental research method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjects numbered 7 participants. Data collection using Subjective Well-being instrument consist of SWLS and SPANE. Statistical analysis was using the Wilcoxon test. Based on results, the value was obtained of z SWLS = -2.375; z SPANE = -2.214; p SWLS = 0.018 < 0.05; p SPANE = 0.027; p < 0.05 (significant), means that gratitude training is effective on increasing subjective well-being on adolescent in orphanage.
