Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program knowledge sharing yang diberi nama program “Quality Meeting” dan merupakan bentuk knowledge management yang membantu terciptanya kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan antar sesama guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPIT Al-Muchtar Kota Bekasi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah modifikasi dari model ADDIE. Sesuai dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, maka penelitian ini secara sistematis dimulai dengan melakukan analisis (analyze), disain (design), pengembangan (develop), implementasi (implement) dan evaluasi (evaluate). Perancangan dan pengembangan program ini diadaptasi dari konsep komponen knowledge management menurut Marc J. Rosenberg (2007), yaitu terdiri dari penyusunan, kerja sama, dan akses. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang (3 orang responden evaluasi satu-satu dan 5 orang responden evaluasi kelompok kecil). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Wawancara dianalisis dengan interpretasi uraian singkat, sedangkan kuesioner dianalisis dengan metode interpretasi uraian jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari aspek penerapan komponen knowledge management termasuk dalam kriteria baik dengan hasil penilaian penguji menyatakan bahwa dalam seluruh tahapan program ini telah memberikan kesempatan terjadinya proses berbagi pengetahuan yang terstruktur. Dilihat dari aspek disain pembelajaran, program ini termasuk dalam kriteria baik karena tujuan pembelajaran disampaikan dengan jelas. Dan dari aspek media menunjukkan bahwa proses belajar difasilitasi dengan media pendukung yang efisien. Implikasi hasil penelitian adalah SMPIT Al-Muchtar perlu menjadikan program ini sebagai suatu SOP yang dilaksanakan oleh seluruh guru SMPIT Al-Muchtar. *********** This research is aimed to develop a program named “Quality Meeting”, which is one of the knowledge management products, to help create a mutual sharing environment between teachers. The research was conducted at SMPIT Al-Muchtar Kota Bekasi. The development method which was used in this research was modification from ADDIE model (analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate). The design and development of this program were adapted from component of knowledge management concept by Marc J. Rosenberg (2007), which consists of codification, collaboration, and access. Amount of participants were about 8 people (3 of them participated as one to one evaluation section, and 5 of them were respondents in small group evaluation section). Data were gathered by using questionnaires and structured interviews. The questionnaires were analyzed by interpreting the answers description, while the structured interview was analyzed by short description. The result of this research and development revealed that from the component of knowledge management aspect, this program was in a good criteria, with review from the participants that this program gave them chance to have a mutual sharing knowledge by using its density of well�structured access of information and arrangement element. The data indicated that this program is in a good criteria from the instructional design aspect because the objectives of instructional program was clearly stated. The data also indicated that this program is in a good criteria from the media aspect because instructional process was facilitated with efficient supporting media. The implication of the research is SMPIT Al-Muchtar has to make this program as the SOP which should be done by all of its teachers.
