Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena pentingnya bagi para pengembang pembelajaran untuk mengetahui konsep pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik terpadu yang ideal. Tujuan penelitin ini adalah mengevaluasi proses pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan supervisi pembelajaran tematik terpadu, Sehingga didapatkan suatu informasi yang bermanfaat untuk perbaikan program yang di gunakan dengan berdasarkan pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik terpadu . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Al Itqon Balaraja yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Kresek Km 24 Balaraja, Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2015 sampai Mei 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif, dengan model evaluasi formatif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai keputusan apa yang dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan program pembelajaran tematik terpadu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, analisis dokumen, angket dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini pada tahap Perencanaan dihasilkan 3.5 (sangat baik), tahap pelaksanaan dengan skor rata- rata 3,5 (sangat baik). Pada tahap evaluasi 3.6 (sangat baik) dan terkahir pada tahap supervisi yang lebih memfokuskan terhadap guru dihasilkan skor 3.0 (baik). Dari hasil evaluasi tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru kelas II di dalam mengelola pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan sangat baik. Namun terdapat kekurangan di dalam persiapan guru terhadap mengelola kelas dan penggunaan bahan ajar serta kompetensi guru pada bidangnya harus di tingkatkan serta kurangnya mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter kepada siswa. This research is motivated because of the importance for developers learning to know the concept of integrated thematic learning management ideal . The purpose of this experiment is to evaluate the management of thematic learning process consists of planning , implementation , evaluation and supervision of integrated thematic learning , So we get some useful information for program improvement that is used by management based on an integrated thematic learning This reseach was conducted in SDIT Al Itqon Balaraja located at jalan Raya Kresek Km 24 Balaraja , Tangerang . This Reseach was conducted in February 2015 to May 2015. This research is evaluative , the formative evaluation model that aims to get information about what decisions are needed to improve the management of integrated thematic learning program . The method used is the case study method with data collection techniques such as interviews , document analysis , questionnaire and observation . The results of this study at the stage of planning produced 3.5 ( very good ) , the implementation phase with an average score of 3.5 ( very good ) . In the evaluation phase 3.6 ( very good ) and the last at the stage of a more focused supervision of the teacher produced a score of 3.0 ( good ) . From the results of the evaluation it can be concluded that the grade II teachers in managing integrated thematic learning very well . However, there are shortcomings in the preparation of teachers to manage classes and the use of teaching materials and teacher competence in the field should be improved as well as the lack of integrating character education to students .
