Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan buku praktikum sains pada ekstrakurikuler klub sains di Sekolah Dasar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik validasi buku praktikum dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara dengan ahli materi, ahli bahasa, serta ahli media dan desain instruksional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDIT Nur Hikmah Fullday School Bekasi sebanyak 19 orang siswa dan SDI Ar Rahman Motik Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan sebanyak 53 orang siswa. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Pengembangan Borg and Gall. Adapun teknik evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi formatif. Proses evaluasi ini dilaksanakan melalui 3 tahap uji coba, yaitu one to one evaluation, small group evaluation, dan field test evaluation. Hasil penilaian akhir yang diperoleh melalui evaluasi formatif adalah 85,2%. Adapun hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi adalah 93,5%, ahli bahasa 90%, dan ahli media serta desain instruksional 80%. Oleh karena presentase yang diperoleh melebihi batas skor kriterium 75%, maka penilaian uji kelayakan buku dikatakan valid atau sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku praktikum sains dapat dijadikan buku panduan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler klub sains siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. ************ This development research aims to develop and produce a science lab book in extracurricular clubs at the elementary school. Sampling using validation lab books by using questionnaires and interviews with materials experts, linguists, and experts on media and instructional design. The sample in this research is the fourth grade students at SDIT Nur Hikmah School Fullday Bekasi as many as 19 students and SDI Ar Rahman Motik Setiabudi, South Jakarta as many as 53 students. The model used in this development is Development of Borg and Gall. Evaluation techniques used are formative evaluation. This evaluation process is consists of three stages of testing, which is one to one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field evaluation test. Results of the final assessment obtained through formative evaluation was 85.2%. The results of the assessment by metter expert was 93.5%, 90% linguist and expert media and instructional design 80%. Therefore, the percentage obtained by exceeding the limit of 75% criterion score, then the due diligence assessment books be valid or very good. The results showed that the book can be used as a science lab in extracurricular activities science club at Elementary School for fourth grade students.
