Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas antara metode bermain dan resiprokal terhadap hasil belajar teknik forehand pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMP Negeri 1 Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lapangan SMP Negeri 1 Tangerang Selatan, dengan jumlah pertemuan 8 kali. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Eksperimen, dengan jumlah sampel 24 siswa dari 24 populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan cara Total Sampling dan diperoleh 24 sampel. Sampel ditetapkan dari seluruh populasi siswa ekstrakulikuler SMP Negeri 1 Tangeang Selatan. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik uji-t untuk dibandingkan dengan nilai tabel pada taraf signifikansi X 0,5. Hasil pengolahan analisis data adalah sebagai berikut : Pada kelompok metode bermain memperoleh nilai rata-rata 7,41, standar deviasi dari difference 1,61, nilai standar error dari mean difference 0,48 dan nilai t hitung 15,4 dan kelompok metode resiprokal memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,08, standar deviasi dari difference 1,23, nilai standar error dari mean diffrence 0,37 dan nilai t hitung 8,32. Hasil data untuk membandingkan tes akhir antara kelompok metode bermain dan metode resiprokal. Kelompok metode bermain memperoleh hasil nilai standar deviasi 4,98 dan nilai standar error perbedaan mean 1,50 sedangkan metode resiprokal nilai standar deviasi 5,21 dan nilai standar error perbedaan mean sebesar 1,57, t hitung 2,38 dan nilai t tabel derajat kebebasan (dk) = (12+12)+-2 = 22 pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah sebesar 2,07, jadi t hitung > t tabel. Berdasarkan hipotesis statistik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis kerja (H1) diterima dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara metode bermain dan metode resiprokal sehingga metode bermain lebih efektif dari pada metode resiprokal terhadap hasil belajar teknik forehand tenis meja pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMP Negeri 1 Tangerang Selatan. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the method of play and reciprocal to the learning outcomes of forehand techniques on extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 1 Tangerang Selatan. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Tangerang Selatan field, with the number of meetings 8 times. The method used is the Experiment method, with a sample size of 24 students from 24 populations. Sampling technique used by Total Sampling and obtained 24 samples. The sample was determined from the entire extracurricular student population of SMP Negeri 1 Tangeang Selatan. Technique Data analysis used is t-test statistic to be compared with table value at significance level X 0,5. The result of data analysis is as follows: In group of play method get average value 7,41, standard deviation from difference 1,61, standard error value from mean difference 0,48 and t value count 15,4 and group of reciprocal method obtain The average value is 3.08, the standard deviation of difference 1.23, the standard error value of the mean diffrence 0.37 and the t value of 8.32. The data results to compare the final test between the play method group and the reciprocal method. The play method group obtained the result of standard deviation value 4,98 and the standard error value mean difference 1,50 whereas method of reciprocal standard deviation value 5,21 and standard value error mean difference equal to 1,57, t count 2,38 and value t table degree Freedom (dk) = (12 + 12) + - 2 = 22 at 5% significance level is 2.07, so t count> t table. Based on the statistical hypothesis, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the working hypothesis (H1) is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an average difference between the play method and the reciprocal method so that the play method is more effective than the reciprocal method of forehand technique Table tennis in extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 1 Tangerang Selatan
