Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai manajemen tenaga pendidik non PNS di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan khususnya untuk proses rekrutmen, pembinaan dan penilaian. Penelitian ini bertitik tolaj pada kegiatan sekolah dalam melakukan manajemen tenaga pendidik non PNS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; sekolah dalam melakukan proses rekrutmen mengacu kepada analisis kebutuhan guru yang ada di sekolah, sekolah menerapkan kualifikasi sesuai dengan pemerintah dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan di sekolah. Dalam pembinaannya sekolah mengacu kepada laporan bulanan dari Kepala Jurusan atau Kepala Program. Sekolah juga melakukan penilaian yang mengacu kepada Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG). Implikasi penelitian ini berdasarkan sistem dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan sekolah sehingga mendapatkan tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas dan dapat meningkatkan mutu sekola serta mencapai tujuan sekolah. This research was conducted from January to June 2015.This study aims to find out more about the management of non-civil servant teachers in Vocational High School in particular for the recruitment, development and assessment. This research dotted tolaj in school activities in managing non-civil educators. These results indicate that; school in the recruitment process refers to the analysis of the needs of teachers in schools, school qualifications apply in accordance with the government and in conformity with the needs of the school. In school coaching refers to the monthly report of the Head of Department or Chief Program. Schools also conduct an assessment that refers to the Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG). The implications of this research is based on the systems and procedures that have been established so that schools get qualified teachers and to improve the quality at school and achieve school goals
