Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 8 Kemang Pratama Bekasi, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai Pengadaan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2015 hingga Juni 2015.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.Sumber data dari penelitian ini berasal dari informan kunci yaitu kepala sekolah dan beberapa informan pendukung yaitu wakil kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha, staf tata usaha, pengelola PSB, staf accounting, staf pembelian, dan kepala bagian pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1)pengusulan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan melalui tahapanpengusulan anggaran yang disetujui oleh pengurus yayasan, pihak tata usaha sekolah mengajukan Surat Permintaan Pembelian (SPP) kepada bagianpembelian di yayasan, dan proses pengolahan Surat Permintaan Pembelian (SPP) di yayasan, (2) realisasi pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan melalui beberapa cara yaitu pembelian, peminjaman, dan penyewaan. Pembelian dilakukan dengan tahapan pihak tata usaha sekolah mengajukan Surat Permintaan Pembelian (SPP) kepada bagian pembelian di yayasan, pihak yayasan akan menempelkan memo slip pada Surat Permintaan Pembelian tersebut, membuat Purchase Order pada permintaan kebutuhan, bagian pembelian di yayasan melakukan penukaran voucher pembelian kepada kasir yayasan, kasir yayasan melihat pos anggaran yang masih tersisa, dan melakukan pembelian, dan (3)evaluasi pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan melalui tahapan melihat barang-barang yang masih tersedia dari tahun terdahulu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tahun berikutnya, melihat ketidaksesuaian pengajuan kebutuhan yang diinginkan, dan melakukan rekomendasi, kritik, dan saran yang dicatat dalam notulen RAKER. Rekomendasi, kritik, dan saran tersebut disusun dalam format revisi anggaran per tiga bulan, dan melakukan presentasi revisi anggaran * This research was conducted in SMP Islam Al-Azhar 8 Kemang Pratama Bekasi, which aims to know and to obtain an overview of provision of education and infrastructure. This research was conducted in March 2015 until June 2015. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection was done through an interview, observation, and study documentation. A source of data from this research comes from key informants namely are school principals and supporting several informants is deputy head of school, head of business, administrative staff, PSB management, staff accounting, the purchase of staff, and the head of the purchase. The result of this research is (1)examination of procurement of education facilities and infrastructure done through stages examination of the budget approved by the foundation, the administrative staff filed the purchase demand to the foundation, and management process request letter purchase at the foundation, (2) the realization of procurement of education facilities and infrastructure achieved in many ways namely the purchase, lending, and rental. The purchase was done with the administrative staff submits a letter of request to the foundation, the foundations will be gluing memo slip on the purchase request letter, create a purchase order at the request of the needs presented by the school, a part of the purchase in the foundation doing onsite voucher purchase to the cash register, the cashier of the foundation the foundation looked at the post budget still left, and make a purchase, and (3) procurement evaluation of education facilities and infrastructure done through stages saw goods that are still available from previous years to meet the needs of next year the see the submission of the needs of the inconsistency between the desirable, and do recommendations, criticism, and suggestions that is recorded in notulen RAKER. Recommendations, criticism, and suggestions have been proposed in order in the format of the revision of the budget per three months and conducted a presentation the revision of the budget.
