Abstract

Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah karena adanya hasil belajar peserta didik yang tidak mencapai nilai standar minimal sebesar 43 %, dan apakah kompetensi merupakan faktor dari hasil belajar, serta adakah hubungan antara kompetensi instruktur matematika dengan hasil belajar di lembaga primagama jaya.Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris hubungan antara kompetensi instruktur matematika dengan hasil belajar kelas VIII di Lembaga Pendidikan Primagama, Jakarta utara.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII Primagama yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh karena semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, teknik ini sering dilakukan bila jumlah populasi relatif kecil, kurang dari 30 orang.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional. Metode korelasi tersebut didukung dengan teknik-teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan koefisien korelasi product moment. Dari hasil pengelolaan data yang didapatkan langkah selanjutnya diklasifikasikan dan diolah sehingga menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0.413. Dari nilai tersebut berarti terdapat hubungan kompetensi instruktur dengan hasil belajar kelas VIII walaupun hubungan positif itu hanya berada pada katagori cukup. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak, ini mengandung pengertian bahwa kompetensi pedagogikinstrukturmatematika berhubungan dengan hasil belajar meskipun hipotesis alternatif ditolak, karena thitung> ttabel. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar, tidak hanya dari kompetensi pedagogik. ********** Issues that were examined in this study were selected for the study of students who do not reach the minimum standard value by 43%, and if the competence is the factor of learning outcomes, and is there a relationship between the competence of instructors mathematics with learning outcomes in Primagama.This skripsi aims to determine empirically the relationship between competence instructor mathematics to learning outcomes in class VIII in Primagama, North Jakarta. Population of this study were all students of class VIII Primagama totaling 28 students. The sampling technique using sampling saturated because all members of the population used as a sample, this technique is often done when the population size is smaller, than 30 people.The research used correlation method. The data collection techniques include questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used in this study by using product moment correlation coefficient. The results obtained data management step further classified and processed to produce a correlation coefficient r = 0.413. From these values mean there is a relationship pedagogik instructor to learning outcomes VIII class despite the positive relationship it just be at a level that is good. It can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, this implies that the pedagogic instructor learning outcomes related to mathematics although alternative hypothesis is rejected, because thitung > t table. This happened because of the other factors that can affect learning outcomes, not only of competence pedagogic.
