Abstract

This research is aimed to investigate the effect of (1) motivation, (2) commitment, (3) work effectiveness of teacher the elementary school subdistrict cabangbungin regency bekasi. In data analysis, this research uses causal survey method by using Path Analysis Technicque. This study uses sample from 97 teachers in 12 elementary school in subdistrict cabangbungin regency bekasi who are selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: first, there is a positive effect between motivation and work effectiveness teachers in school. Second, there is a positive effect between commitment and work effectiveness teachers in school. Third, there is a positive effect between motivation and commitment teachers in school.
