Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership transformational and self-efficacy on job performance of teacher state primary school sub-district kramat jati, east Jakarta. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The process of teacher state primary school sub-district kramat jati, east Jakarta data collection is done by using the questionnaire as a research instrument in the study of was selected as the unit of analysis with a sample of 871 people is determined by random techniques (simple random sampling). The results show: Firstly, there is the influence of leadership transformational by job characteristic; Secondly, there is the effect on the job performance of selfefficacy. Third, There is the influence of leadership transformational on self-efficacy.
