Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of team work and conflict toward performance of the primary school teachers in Mustikajaya East Bekasi. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied testing hyphotesis. It was conducted 140 teachers as the respondent wich were selected in a simple random way. The data analysis and interpretation reveals that (1) team work has direct positive toward performance, (2) conflict has direct negative toward kinerja, (3) team work has direct negative toward performance.
