Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristic and empowerment on job performance of personil the operator state primary school east Jakarta. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The process of personil the operator state primary school east Jakarta data collection is done by using the questionnaire as a research instrument in the study of was selected as the unit of analysis with a sample of 588 people is determined by random techniques (simple random sampling). The results show: Firstly, there is the influence of job performance by job characteristic; Secondly, there is the effect on the job performance of empowerment. Third, There is the influence of job characterisctic on empowerment.
