Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan efek Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) dan Sport Massage terhadap fleksibilitas otot hamstring pada anggota klub sepakbola Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa klub sepakbola Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang berjumlah 100 orang, kemudian dilakukan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling, dan didapatkan jumlah keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian maka penelitian melakukan tes awal, pemberian perlakuan dan tes akhir setelah perlakuan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa efek Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan efek Sport Massage terhadap fleksibilitas otot hamstring pada anggota klub sepakbola Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dengan terjawabnya permasalahan tentang perbandingan efek Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) dan Sport Massage terhadap fleksibilitas otot hamstring pada anggota klub sepakbola Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dengan demikian jelaslah bahwa ada perbedaan antara Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) dan Sport Massage terhadap fleksibilitas otot hamstring pada anggota klub sepakbola Unversitas Negeri Jakarta The aim of this research is to know the effect of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Sport Massage on flexibility of hamstring muscle in members of football club of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Population in this research is all student of football club of State University of Jakarta which amounted to 100 people, then done sampling with purposive sampling technique, and got the total sample as much 20 people. To collect research data, the research conducted the initial test, treatment and final test after treatment. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that the effect of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is more effective than the Sport Massage effect on the flexibility of hamstring muscle in the members of football club of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. With answered the problem about the comparison effect of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Sport Massage against flexibility of hamstring muscle at member of football club of State University of Jakarta. Thus it is clear that there is a difference between Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Sport Massage against hamstring muscle flexibility in members of the Jakarta State University football club.
