Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Interval Lari Terhadap Kemapuan Daya Tahan Jantung dan Paru-paru pada club futsal putri Kota tangerang. (2) Pengaruh Latihan Interval Lompat tali Terhadap Kemapuan Daya Tahan Jantung dan Paru-paru pada club futsal putri Kota tangerang. (3) membandingan antara dua metode latihan interval training lari dan lompat tali (skipping rope) terhadap perubahan daya tahan jantung dan paru-paru pada atlet futsal putri Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Alun-alun Kota Tangerang dan Lapangan SMA PGRI 109 Kota Tangerang pada tanggal 20 mei sampai dengan 11 juli 2016 Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen “two group pre-test post-test Design”. Dengan teknik pengambilan sempel total sampling, sampel yang berjumlah 16 orang.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t independen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik dengan Uji-T pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa Uji-T pada taraf signifikan 5%. Dari data tes akhir metode latihan Interval Lari dan kelompok metode latihan Interval lompat tali (skipping rope) diperoleh standart perbedaan antara dua mean (SEMXMY) = 0,63. Nilai tersebut diujikan dengan tabel pada derajat kebebasan (dk) = N 1 + N 2 – 2 = (8 + 8) – 2 = 14 dan taraf kepercayaan (α) = 0,05, diperoleh nilai kritis t-tabel 2,145 (t-hitung = 2.69 > t-tabel = 2,145). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut maka H 0 ditolak, hipotesis kerja (H1) diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan metode interval lari lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan metode lompat tali (Skipping Rope) terhadap kemampuan daya tahan jantung dan paru-paru terhadap pemain club futsal kota tangerang. Kesimpulan akhir diperoleh melalui penelitian ini adalah pengaruh latihan interval training lari berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan daya tahan jantung dan paru-paru This study aims to (1) Determine the Effect of Exercise Interval Run Against The ability Endurance of the Heart and Lungs the club futsal daughter tangerang City. (2) Effect of Interval Training jump rope Against The ability of the Durability Heart and Lung the club futsal daughter Tangerang City. (3) comparing between the two method of interval training exercise running and jumping rope (skipping rope) against changes endurance of heart and lungs in women's futsal athlete City Tangerang. This research was conducted in Tangerang City Square and Fields SMA PGRI 109 Kota Tangerang on 20 May to by 11 July 2016 The method used is an experimental method "Two group pre-test post-test design". Sampling technique sempel total sampling, sample of 16 orang.Teknik data analysis used independent t-test. Data analysis technique used was the statistical technique with T�test at significant level α = 0.05 data analysis techniques used is an analysis-T Test at significance level of 5%. From the end of the test data method Interval training Running and interval training group jump rope (Skipping rope) obtained by standard difference between the two mean (SEM X M Y)= 0.63. This value is tested to the table on the degrees of freedom (df) =N 1 + N 2-2 = (8 + 8) - 2 = 14, and the confidence level (α) = 0.05, Critical values obtained t-table 2.145 (t-test = 2.69 & gt; t-table = 2.145). Based on analysis of these data, the H 0 is rejected, the working hypothesis (H 1) is received, so it can be concluded that the method of interval training run more influential than the method of jump rope (Skipping Rope) the endurance ability of the heart and lungs of the players club futsal Tangerang city. The final conclusion obtained through of this study was the influence exercise interval training run influential in improving durability heart and lungs
