Abstract

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kreativitas Siswa di SMK Cyber Media sekolah yang berbasis Multimedia yang berlokasi di Jl Duren Tiga No.12 Pancoran Jakarta Selatan. Kelurahan Pancoran kode pos 12790. Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2016. Dosen Pembimbing: Dr. Sitti Nursetiawati, M.Si dan Shinta Doriza, S.Sos, M.S.E, M.Pd Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikanbanatara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kreativitas siswa dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar nilai rxy = 0,547. Berdasarkan data hasil uji keberartian korelasi dengan menggunakan Uji-t menunjukkan thitung (6.4683) > ttabel (1.656) dan hasil uji signifikansi pada koefisien determinasi diperoleh 29,92% maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kreativitas secara signifikan. Maka hipotesis ho ditolak, dengan demikian terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kreativitas siswa di SMK Cyber Media Jakarta Selatan. Sos, M.S.E, M.Pd The results of this study indicate that there are influence which siginifikanbanatara emotional intelligence to the creativity of the students with the value of the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.547. Based on the significance of test results data correlation using t-test showed thitung (6.4683)> t table (1,656) and the significance of the test results on the coefficient of determination obtained 29.92%, it can be concluded that there are significant emotional intelligence significantly towards creativity. Ho then the hypothesis is rejected, thus there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence influence on the creativity of students in vocational Cyber Media South Jakarta.
