Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah penerapan sistem pengendalian cacat produksi terhadap kualitas tabung LPG sudah terkendali atau belum terkendali serta mencari sebab-akibat tabung gas LPG mengalami kecacatan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang di gunakan Statistical prosessing control (SPC), yaitu sebuah metode untuk mengukur sejauh mana proses pengendalian cacat produksi terhadap kualitas tabung LPG yang di lakukan suatu perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengendalian cacat produksi terhadap kualitas tabung LPG pada PT.X terkendali, jumlah kerusakan yang banyak terjadi adalah tabung register (afkir) dengan total 31.547 buah tabung 80% dari total produk cacat pada bulan januari 2016- desember 2018, dari hasil wawancara dan observasi untuk diagram sebabakibat factor terjadi kecacatan yang di sebabkan karna factor manusia, mesin, metode, lingkungan, dan bahan baku This writing aims to analyze whether the application of the production defect control system to the quality of LPG tubes has been controlled or has not been controlled and is looking for the cause and effect of LPG gas cylinders experiencing disability. In this study the method used by Statistical Processing Control (SPC), which is a method for measuring the extent to which the process of controlling production defects in the quality of LPG tubes is carried out by a company. The results of this study indicate that control of production defects on the quality of LPG tubes at PT. X is controlled, the amount of damage that occurs a lot is the register tube (reject) with a total of 31,547 tubes 80% of the total defective products in january 2016- desember 2018, from the results of interviews and observations for causal diagrams of factors occurring disability caused by human factors, machinery, methods, environment, and raw materials
