Abstract
The objective of this research is to understanding comprehensively the effect of Trust and job satisfactionto conterproductive behaviour of junior high school teachers of SMPNin sipora sub districts of mentawai island regency. The research methodology is asurvey methodtoformthecausalpath analysis. Research based on junior high schoolsipora teachers with total sample 72 teachers. The data analysis and interpretation indicator that (1) trust has negative influence to counterproductive behaviour (2) job satisfaction has negative influence to counterproctive behaviour (3) trust has positive influence to job satisfaction.
