Abstract
The objective of this research is to know the effect of conflict and job satisfaction toward teacher’s counterproductive work behaviors at State Vocational High School for Bussiness and Management in Central Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 211 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 138 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the conflict have positive direct effect to counterproductive work behaviors; (2) the job satisfaction have negative direct effect to counterproductive work behaviors; (3) the conflict have negative direct effect to job satisfaction. The counterproductive work behaviors can be reduced through reduced conflict and improved job satisfaction.
