Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui 1) Deskripsi dari efikasi diri, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pusat Jakarta 2) Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pusat Jakarta, 3) Pengaruh motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pusat Jakarta, 4) Model penelitian efikasi diri dan motivasi dapat memprediksikan kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pusat Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 127 orang pegawai golongan eselon 4 Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pusat Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, dan model penelitian efikasi diri dan motivasi dapat memprediksikan kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pusat Jakarta dengan nilai Fhitung> Ftabel (71,251 > 1,40) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Nilai R2 atau koefisien determinasi pada penelitian sebesar 0,527 atau 52,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi dapat memprediksi secara signifikan terhadap terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Negara Pusat Jakarta sebesar 52,7%. The purpose of the research are: To know 1) The description of self efficacy, motivation and job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency, 2) To determine whether there is an influence of self efficacy on job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency, 3) To determine whether there is an influence of motivation on job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency, 4) The research model of self efficacy and motivation in predicting job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency Jakarta. This research is taken 127 employees of head office of national civil service agency Jakarta. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, and the data processed with SPSS 24. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This results of regression showed that there is positive influence and significant between self efficacy on job satisfication, there is positive influence and significant between motivation on job satisfication. And research model of self efficacy and motivation can predict job satisfication of head office of national civil service agency to the value of Fcount> Ftable (71,251 > 1,40) and value of significant (0,000 < 0,05). R2 value or coefficient of determination in the study amounted to 0.527 or 52.7%. This shows that self efficacy and motivation can predict significantly to job satisfication at Of Head Office Of National Civil Service Agency Jakarta By 52.7%.
