Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Somatic Auditory Visualization Intelectually (SAVI) terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 272 Jakarta pada semester genap tahun ajar 2018/2019 pada bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan April 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen (quasi experimental) dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang diambil adalah kelas VII dengan penentuan kelas menggunakan purposive random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan tes berupa ujian tertulis, dan diperoleh kelas VII-E sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII-F sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil analisis akhir yang telah dilakukan dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 4,222 1,994 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 dengan demikian H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Maka hasil pengujian hipotesis uji-t menunjukan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Somatic Auditory Visualizations Intelectually (SAVI) terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 272 Jakarta Timur. * This study aims to find out the effect of Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually (SAVI) learning model on the 7th grade study’s outcome of social science in SMPN 272 Jakarta. This study was experimental quantitative research with pretest-posttest design. The sample was 72 students of SMPN 22 Jakarta. The research sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection technique was done by using pre test and post test results of Class VII E as experimental class and Class VII F as control class. Based on result that was done with normality test and homogenity test, the sample was normally distributed and homogen. The final result was done by using t-test, shows that the hypothesis (H1) was accepted. It shows that t table was less than t test result 1,994 < 4,222. The conclusion of this study is there is the effect of Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually (SAVI) learning model on the 7th grade study’s outcome of social science in SMPN 272 Jakarta.
