Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman remaja terhadap uji mandiri pemeriksaan HIV/AIDS melalui alat pendeteksi Onestep, yaitu untuk melihat apakah para remaja sudah dapat memahami terkait virus HIV/AIDS dan juga mengenai cara melakukan pemeriksaan pencengahan penularan HIV/AIDS yang dapat dilakukan secara mandiri dengan mengunakan alat pendeteksi Onestep. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Pre�experiment menggunakan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Teknik purposive sampling yaitu 30 responden. Angket digunakan untuk mendapatkan data variabel tingkat pemahaman. Proses uji validitas hingga uji normalitas telah dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan. Untuk menguji kesahihan instrument terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba instrument penelitian. Dari 30 instrumen penelitian tingkat pemahaman remaja didapatkan hasil sebanyak 18 pertanyaan yang valid. Sedangkan didapatkan hasil uji realibilitas sebesar 0,664. Hasil dari perhitungan data diperoleh hasil perhitungan 0.602 maka data berdistribusi normal. Dilihat dari hasil uji-t yang disajikan yaitu menyajikan hasil uji statistik t memiliki nilai thitung > ittabel (16,582>1,697) yang berarti terdapat tingkat pemahaman remaja terhadap uji mandiri pemeriksaan HIV/AIDS melalui alat pendeteksi Onestep. Dari hasil tersebut maka memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil pemahaman. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat tingkat pemahaman remaja terhadap uji mandiri pemeriksaan HIV/AIDS melalui alat pendeteksi Onestep. Saran dari peneliti adalah diharapkan para remaja sudah dapat mengetahui informasi lebih jelas seputar alat pendeteksi Onestep agar para remaja dapat mengaplikasikan secara langsung tentang penggunaan alat HIV test apabila mereka melakukan Tindakan seksual bukan dengan pasanganya This study aims to determine the level of adolescent understanding of the HIV/AIDS self-examination test through the Onestep detector, which is to see whether the adolescents are able to understand the HIV/AIDS virus and also about how to conduct HIV/AIDS prevention checks that can be done independently. by using the Onestep detector. This research method uses Pre-experiment research method using One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely 30 respondents. Questionnaires are used to obtain data on the level of understanding variables. The process of testing the validity to the normality test has been carried out to obtain results that are in accordance with the facts in the field. To test the validity of the instrument, the research instrument was first tested. Of the 30 research instruments on the level of understanding of adolescents, 18 valid questions. Meanwhile, the results of the reliability test were 0.664. The results of the calculation by the calculation results of 0.602 then the data is normally distributed. Judging from the results of the it-test presented, which presents the results of the statistical test, it has ia value of tcount i> ittable i(16,582>1,697), which means that there is ia level of understanding among adolescents about HIV/AIDS self-examination through the Onestep detector. From these results, it gives a positive influence on the results of understanding. The conclusion is that there is a level of adolescent understanding of the HIV/AIDS self-examination test through the Onestep detector. The suggestion from the researcher is that it is hoped that the youth will be able to find out clearer information about the Onestep detector so that the youth can apply directly about the use of the HIV test if they have sexual acts not with their partners
