Abstract
Pembelajaran daring menjadi satu-satunya solusi untuk mengatasi efek pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pendidikan dengan segala keterbatasan yang dihadapi oleh guru dan peserta didik. Di sisi lain, peserta didik merasa kurang termotivasi dalam pembelajaran selama pandemi. Hal ini disebabkan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan tidak kooperatif serta kurangnya interaksi antar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi peserta didik kelas XI terhadap materi larutan penyangga melalui penerapan kombinasi model flipped classroom-tutor sebaya di SMA Negeri 51 Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta didik (55,55% dari 36 peserta didik) memiliki motivasi pada kategori tinggi terhadap materi larutan penyangga melalui kombinasi model flipped classroom-tutor sebaya. Dari data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi peserta didik terhadap materi larutan penyangga dapat dibangun dengan kombinasi model flipped classroom-tutor sebaya. Online learning is the only solution to overcome the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in education with all the limitations faced by teachers and students. On the other hand, students feel less motivated in learning during the pandemic. It is because of the learning activities carried out are not cooperative and the lack of interaction between students. This study aims to determine the motivation of XI grade students towards the buffer solution material through the application of a combination of the flipped classroom-peer tutor model at SMAN 51 Jakarta. This study used descriptive quantitative research with survey method. The subject in this research is 36 of XI MIPA 1 students. The results showed that the majority of students (55,55% of 36 students) have motivation towards the buffer solution material in the high category through the combination of the flipped classroom-peer tutor model. It can be concluded that the motivation of students towards the buffer solution material in class XI can be built through the combination of the flipped classroom-peer tutor model.
