Abstract

The Objective of this research is to study the effect of the principal leadership style, supervision, school culture, and self concept to the teachers performance teacher in the high school of East jakarta. Quantitative approach used in this research with survey method. The Samples of this research were ninty teachers randomly. The research was conducted of performance teacher involving samples of 73 teacher had been selected from the target population of 90 teacher in the high school of East jakarta by using quantitative approach with path analysis methodes. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result of the research show conclude that: (1) the principal leadership style, supervision, school culture and self concept had a positive direct effect on the performance teacher; (2) the principal leadership style supervision and school culture had a positive direct effect on teachers self concept; (3) the principal leadership style and supervision had a positivedirect effect on school culture. Therefore to improve quality of the teacher performance the principal leadership style, supervision, school culture, and self concept should be improved. Implication and limitations of the study.
