Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pendidikan Karakter Di Pondok Pesantren Sekolah Islam Terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang dilakukan pondok pesantren untuk mensosialisasikan nilai karakter pada santri melalui budaya khas pondok pesantren. Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk ingin mendeskripsikan dampak dari sosialisasi nilai karakter yang dilakukan oleh pondok pesantren pada santri melalui budaya khas pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 13 informan yang terdiri dari 1 Pendiri Pondok Pesantren, 3 Bidang Kurikulum, 1 Bidang Pembinaan Santri, 1 Guru Mata Pelajaran, 1 Guru Perpustakaan, 2 Pengurus Organisasi, 2 Santri, dan 2 Alumni. Konsep untuk menganalisis data yang digunakan yaitu konsep Pesantren, Dimensi Pendidikan Karakter, dan Sosialisasi. Berdasarkan temuan data yang diperoleh menunjukan, proses penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di pondok pesantren di lakukan melalui budaya ilmiah dan budaya spiritual yang merupakan budaya khas pondok pesantren. Sosialisasi nilai-nilai karakter melalui penerapan budaya ilmiah dan budaya spiritual dilakukan melalui kurikulum pembelajaran, figur menginspirasi, komunitas berkarakter, perpustakaan sekolah, seminar motivasi, dan pemberian hadiah dan hukuman. Proses pembentukan karakter melalui penerapan budaya ilmiah dan budaya spiritual di pondok pesantren ini menghasilkan dimensi-dimensi pendidikan karakter. Dimensidimensi pendidikan karakter yang terbentuk pada diri para santri melalui penerapan budaya ilmiah dan budaya spiritual adalah dimensi pendidikan karakter pengetahuan moral, dimensi pendidikan karakter perasaan moral, dan dimensi pendidikan karakter tindakan moral. This research is entitled Character Education in Islamic Boarding School Integrated Islamic School. This study aims to describe the strategies implemented by the Islamic boarding schools to socialize the character values of students through the typical Islamic boarding school culture. Furthermore, this study also aims to describe the impact of the socialization of character values carried out by Islamic boarding schools to students through the typical Islamic boarding school culture. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The subjects used in this study were 13 informants consisting of 1 Islamic Boarding School Founder, 3 Curriculum Fields, 1 in the field of santri development, 1 Subject Teacher, 1 Library Teacher, 2 Organizational Administrators, 2 Santri, and 2 Alumni. The concept for analyzing the data used is the concept of Islamic boarding schools, dimensions of character education, character education strategies, and socialization. Based on the findings of the data obtained, it shows that the process of planting the values of character education in Islamic boarding schools is carried out through scientific culture and spiritual culture which are typical of Islamic boarding school culture. Socialization of character values through the application of scientific culture and spiritual culture is carried out through learning curricula, inspiring figures, community of character, school libraries, motivational seminars, and the giving of rewards and punishments. The process of character building through the application of a scientific culture and spiritual culture in this boarding school produces dimensions of character education. The dimensions of character education that are formed in the students through the application of scientific culture and spiritual culture are the character dimensions of moral knowledge, the dimensions of the character of moral feelings, and the dimensions of the character of moral action
