Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta, selama tiga bulan terhitung sejak April 2013 sampai dengan Juni 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan stres dalam menyusun skripsi pada mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi angkatan 2009 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi Angkatan 2009. Populasi terkangkaunya adalah mahasiswa pendidikan Ekonomi Koperasi yang sedang menyusun skripsi yang berjumlah 44 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik acak sederhana sebanyak 40 orang. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Ǔ =78,92- 0,47x. Uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors menghasilkan L hitung = 0,1382, sedangkan L tabel untuk n = 40 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 adalah 0,14009. Karena L hitung < L tabel maka galat taksiran Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Uji linearitas regresi menghasilkan F hitung < F tabel yaitu 1.28< 2,51, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut linier. Dari uji keberartian regresi menghasilkan F hitung > F tabel , yaitu 10,08 > 4,10, artinya persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Koefisien korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson menghasilkan rxy = -0,458, selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji t dan dihasilkan thitung =3,175 dan ttabel =1,68. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,458 adalah signifikan. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 20,97% yang menunjukkan bahwa 20,97% variasi stres ditentukan oleh keyakinan diri. ***** The research was conducted at the State University of Jakarta, , for Three months from April 2013 until June 2013. The sampling technique used was simple random technique as many as 40 people. The resulting regression equation is Ǔ = 78,92- 0,47x. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0,1382, while the Ltable for n = 40 at 0.05 significant level is 0,14009. Because the Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcalculated <Ftable is 1.28 < 2,51, so it was concluded that the linear equation regreasi. From test significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable, which is 10,08 > 4,10, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = -0,458, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 3,175 and Ttable = 1,68. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = -0,458 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 20,97% which shows that 20,97% of the variation of stress is determined by self efficacy.
