Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan terhitung sejak bulan April sampai Juni 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey pendekatan korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT INTEGRA MITRA SEJATI. Populasi terjangkaunya adalah karyawan divisi marketing yang berjumlah 44 orang karyawan. Kemudian, berdasarkan tabel penentuan sampel dari Isaac dan Michael jumlah sampel dari populasi dengan sampling error 5% adalah 40 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini dengan menggunakan teknik sampling acak sederhana. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang di dapat adalah Ŷ = 28,79 + 0,589 X. Selanjutnya adalah uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi atas X dengan menggunakan uji Liliefors dan diperoleh Lhitung = 0.115 dibandingkan dengan Ltabel pada taraf signifikansi 0.05 sebesar 0.1401. maka Lo<Lt. Hal ini berarti galat taksiran Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Sedangkan uji kelinieran menghasilkan Fhitung (1.61) < Ftabel (2.18), ini berarti model regresi yang dipakai linier. Uji keberartian regresi diperoleh Fhitung (10.48) > Ftabel (4.10), ini membuktikan bahwa regresi berarti. Uji koefisien korelasi product moment menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0.465. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji signifikansi koefisien dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah thitung (3,24), sedangkan ttabel pada dk = n – 2 = 40 – 2 = 38 dan taraf signifikansi 0.05 adalah 1,68 berarti thitung > ttabel. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menghasilkan rxy 2 = 0.4652 = 0.2161. Ini menunjukan bahwa 21,61% variasi kepuasan kerja ditentukan oleh produktivitas kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan divisi marketing PT INTEGRA MITRA SEJATI. ***** The research was conducted over three months from April to June 2013. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The population in this research were all employees of PT. INTEGRA MITRA SEJATI. Population is the inaccessibility of employees of PT. INTEGRA MITRA SEJATI sales division amounted to 44 employees. Then, based on the determination of the sample table of Isaac and Michael amount of sample from a population with a sampling error of 5% is 40 employees. This sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. Test requirements analysis is performed by finding that the regression equation was Y = 28,79 + 0,589 X. Next is a test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the test and earned Liliefors Lhitung = Ltabel in 0.115 compared to the 0.05 level by 01401. the Lo <Lt. This means that the error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. While the linearity test result Fcalculated 1.61 <Ftable 2.18, this means that used linear regression models. Obtained regression test keberartian Fcalculted (10.48)> Ftable (4.10), this proves that the regression mean. Product moment correlation coefficient test produces rxy = 0.465. Then proceed to test the significance of the coefficient by using t test. The results obtained are tcount 3.24, whereas a Ttable on dk = n - 2 = 40-2 = 38 and the 0.05 level is 1.68, meaning tcount> Ttable. The calculation of the coefficient of determination yield rxy2 = 0.4652 = 0.2161. This shows that 21.61 % variation in job satisfaction is determined by work productivity . Conclusions of this study is that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees on the sales division of PT INTEGRA MITRA SEJATI.
