Abstract

Media pembelajaran menjadi salah satu hal yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun masih terdapat guru yang belum dapat memberikan media yang sesuai, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi terganggu dan mengakibatkan hasil belajar peserta didik tidak maksimal. Hal tersebut terjadi di salah satu sekolah di Jakarta, yaitu SMAN 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari penggunaan media animasi terhadap hasil belajar sejarah di SMAN 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode eksperimen, dan desain eksperimen yaitu pretest – posttest control group desain. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPS yang terdiri dari tiga kelas. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas, yaitu kelas XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah berupa tes, dengan 30 soal yang diujikan untuk mengukur hasil belajar pada kelas yang diujikan. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil t_hitung (2.0731) > t_tabel (2.0048). Dengan, demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media animasi terhadap hasil belajar sejarah di SMAN 1 Jakarta. Learning media is one of the important things in the learning process. However, there are still teachers who have not been able to provide appropriate media, so that the learning process is disrupted and results in student learning outcomes that are not optimal. This happened in one of the schools in Jakarta, namely SMAN 1 Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence from the use of animation media on the learning outcomes of history at SMAN 1 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach, with experimental methods, and experimental design, namely pretest - posttest control group design. The population of this research is class XI IPS which consists of three classes. The sample of this study used two classes, namely class XI IPS 3 as the experimental class and class XI IPS 2 as the control class. The instrument used is in the form of a test, with 30 questions being tested to measure learning outcomes in the class being tested. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test, the results obtained are t_result (2.0731) > t_table (2.0048). Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using animation media on the learning outcomes of history at SMAN 1 Jakarta.
