Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap budaya organisasi, pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap komitmen pada organisasi, pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap percaya diri, pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen pada organisasi, pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap percaya diri, pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh langsung komitmen pada organisasi terhadap percaya diri, dan pengaruh langsung percaya diri terhadap kinerja guru. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap budaya organisasi, pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap komitmen pada organisasi, pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap percaya diri, pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen pada organisasi, pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap percaya diri, pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh langsung komitmen pada organisasi terhadap percaya diri, dan pengaruh langsung percaya diri terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Tangerang, Banten, menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis rute, pengambilan sampel dan populasi, dan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Metode pengumpulan data didasarkan pada kuesioner yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis secara eksperimental dengan menyajikan gambar secara terstruktur, berdasarkan fakta dan akurasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap budaya organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen pada organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh langsung terhadap percaya diri. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen pada organisasi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap percaya diri. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Komitmen pada organisasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap percaya diri. Percaya diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. This study focuses on the direct effect of democratic leadership style on organizational culture, direct influence of democratic leadership style on organizational commitment, direct influence of democratic leadership style on selfconfidence, direct influence of democratic leadership style on teacher performance, direct influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, direct influence of organizational culture on self-confidence, direct influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, direct influence of organizational commitment on self-confidence, and direct influence of self-confidence on teacher performance. The aim is to identify the direct effect of democratic leadership style on organizational culture, direct influence of democratic leadership style on commitment to the organization, direct influence of democratic leadership style on self-confidence, direct influence of democratic leadership style on teacher performance, direct influence of organizational culture on commitment to the organization, direct influence of organizational culture on self-confidence, direct influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, direct influence of organizational commitment on self-confidence, and direct influence of self-confidence on teacher performance. This research was conducted on public high school teachers in Tangerang City, Banten, using a survey method with route analysis, sampling and population, and questionnaires as a data collection tool. The data collection method was based on a previously created questionnaire. The design of this research is a qualitative research that aims to test the hypothesis experimentally by presenting a structured picture, based on facts and accuracy. The conclusion of this study is that democratic leadership style has a direct positive effect on organizational culture. Democratic leadership style has a direct positive effect on commitment to the organization. Democratic leadership style has a direct effect on self-confidence. Democratic leadership style has a direct effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture has a direct effect on commitment to the organization. Organizational culture has a direct effect on self-confidence. Organizational culture has a direct effect on teacher performance. Commitment to the organization does not directly affect self-confidence. Confidence has a direct effect on teacher performance.
