Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between (1) The ability of decision-making and organizational commitment.(2) Interpersonal Communication and organizational commitment. (3) The ability of decision-making and interpersonal communication and organizational commitment. The method used in this study is to survey the correlational approach. In this research, which is used as a sample of 67 principals and 20 school heads to trial, chooses by simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling). The research was conducted in the region of North Jakarta. The result showed that: first, there is a positive relationship between ability of decision making with organizational commitment of the principals. Second ,there is a positive relationship between Interpersonal communication with organizational commitment principals. Third, there is a positive relationship between ability of decision making and interpersonal communication with organizational commitment principals.
