Abstract
Soal dengan literasi merupakan soal yang membutuhkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Namun, skor capaian siswa khususnya di Indonesia dalam PISA 2018 memiliki skor kemampuan literasi sains 379, sangat jauh dari skor rerata dunia yakni 489. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan penerapan kompetensi literasi sains topik fisika khususnya usaha dan energi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) yang mengacu pada model penelitian Akker dalam buku Plomp (2013). Instrumen uji validasi dan kepraktisan tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert yang kemudian diinterpretasi sesuai dengan kategori. Penelitian ini melakukan tahapan small group try-out dan field try-out. Dimana 15 siswa SMA Negeri di Sungailiat menjadi subjek pada tahapan small group try-out dan 30 siswa SMA Negeri di Sungailiat menjadi subjek pada tahapan field try-out. 15 Butir soal CBT topik usaha dan energi berdasarkan kompetensi literasi sains yang telah dikembangkan ini telah melalui uji kelayakan dengan rerata persentase kelayakan secara segi materi, konstruk, dan bahasa sebesar 89,6%. 15 butir soal yang dikembangkan untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi sains siswa kelas X pada topik usaha dan energi juga terkategori reliabel dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,76.Namun rendahnya skor siswa pada tiap butir soal literasi sains yang dikembangkan pada topik usaha dan energi mengindikasikan bahwa diperlukan adanya pelatihan lebih lanjut terkait pengembangan instrumen tes dengan topik sains untuk menunjang kemampuan literasi sains siswa. ***** Problems with literacy are problems that require a high level of thinking skills.However, the student achievement score, especially in Indonesia in PISA 2018, has a science literacy ability score of 379, very far from the world average score of 489.This research aims to maximize the application of scientific literacy competencies on physical topics, especially work and energy.The Research Method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the Akker research model in the book Plomp (2013).The validation and practicality test instrument used in this study is the Likert scale which is then interpreted according to the category.This study conducted small group try-out and field try-out stages.Where 15 state high school students in Sungailiat became subjects at the small group try-out stage and 30 state high school students in Sungailiat became subjects at the field try-out stage.15 Items about CBT work and energy topics based on the competence of science literacy that has been developed have gone through instrument validity tests with an average percentage of eligibility in terms of material, construct, and language of 89.6%.The 15 questions developed to measure the science literacy ability of X-class students on work and energy topics are also categorized reliable with a reliability coefficient of 0.76.However, the low student score on each point of science literacy issues developed on work and energy topics indicates that further training is needed related to the development of test instruments with science topics to support students' science literacy skills.
