Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan strategi komunitas Sekolah Di Utara dalam mengembangkan pendidikan informal di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan kendala yang dihadapi komunitas Sekolah Di Utara dalam mengembangkan pendidikan informal di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu pengurus komunitas Sekolah Di Utara, relawan komunitas Sekolah Di Utara, dan peserta didik komunitas Sekolah Di Utara. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunitas Sekolah Di Utara dalam mengembangkan pendidikan informal di masa pandemi Covid-19 memilki strategi yang tepat dalam melaksanakan berbagai aktifitas pendidikan. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh Sekolah Di Utara dalam mengembangkan pendidikan informal yaitu (1) corporate strategy (strategi organisasi); (2) program strategy (strategi program); (3) resource support strategy (strategi pendukung sumber daya); (4) institutional strategy (strategi kelembagaan). Kendala yang dihadapi oleh komunitas Sekolah Di Utara dalam mengembangkan pendidikan informal di masa pandemi Covid-19 ialah (1) pada pengurus yaitu lokasi pembelajaran di wilayah slum area dan relawan yang bukan dari background pendidikan; (2) pada relawan yaitu penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran yang perlu disesuaikan dengan kondisi saat ini dan perbedaan mengajar yang dilakukan pada saat pandemi Covid-19. ***** The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies of the North School community in developing informal education during the Covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles faced by the North North School community in developing informal education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach through data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The subjects of this study were the administrators of the North North School community, North North School community volunteers, and North North School community students. The results of the study show that the North School community in developing informal education during the Covid-19 pandemic has the right strategy in carrying out various educational activities. The strategies implemented by the School in the North in developing informal education are (1) corporate strategy; (2) program strategy; (3) resource support strategy; (4) institutional strategy. The obstacles faced by the North School community in developing informal education during the Covid-19 pandemic are (1) On the management, namely learning locations in the slum area and volunteers who are not from an educational background; (2) on volunteers, namely the preparation of learning plans that need to be adapted to current conditions and differences in teaching carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic.
