Abstract

Indonesia Lawyers Club adalah sebuah produk jurnalistik untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa, Pada penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut yaitu bagaimana peran Public Relations tvOne membangun pengetahuan politik mahasiswa melalui program Indonesia Lawyers Club & Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Public Relations tvOne membangun pengetahuan politik mahasiswa melalui program Indonesia Lawyers Club. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan konsep peran PR dalam manajerial perusahaan yang dikemukakan oleh Cutlip Center & Brown dimana PR adalah fungsi manajemen secara khusus yang mendukung terbentuknya saling pengertian dan kerjasama antara organisasi dengan berbagai publiknya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengumukakan peran PR tvOne dalam membangun pengetahuan politik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam . Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah Executive Produser Indonesia Lawyers Club & Public Relations tvOne sekaligus selaku Humas Program ILC. teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan mereduksi data yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Kemudian dalam menguji keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil yang penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, diketahui bahwa Public Relations tvOne telah membangun pengetahuan politik terhadap mahasiswa melalui peran peranya sebagai PR tvOne bertujuan untuk membangun pengetahuan politik mahasiswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peran PR tvOne dalam program Indonesia Lawyers Club telah membangun pengetahuan mashasiswa, yaitu melalui kegiatan-kegiatan PR dalam program (ILC Goes to Campus) dan konten-konten acara yang disajikan oleh program ILC. ABSTRACT Indonesia Lawyers Club is a journalistic product to increase public knowledge, especially students, in this research can be formulated as follows, namely how the role of tvOne Public Relations builds political knowledge of students through the Indonesia Lawyers Club program & Based on the background above, the purpose of this study is to find out how the role of TvOne Public Relations builds political knowledge of students through the Indonesia Lawyers Club program. In this study, the authors use the concept of the role of public relations in managerial companies put forward by Cutlip Center & Brown where public relations is a management function specifically that supports the formation of mutual understanding and cooperation between organizations and their various publics. In this research, the writer announces the role of tvOne PR in building political knowledge of students. This research uses a qualitative method approach. The data collection technique of this research was using in-depth interviews. The key informant in this study was Executive Producer of Indonesia Lawyers Club & Public Relations tvOne as well as the ILC Public Relations Program. analytical techniques used by reducing data obtained from the field. Then in testing the validity of the data researchers used triangulation of data. The results of research conducted by researchers, it is known that TVOne Public Relations has built political knowledge of students through its role as PR tvOne aims to build student political knowledge.  The conclusion of this research is the role of PR tvOne in the Indonesia Lawyers Club program has built the knowledge of students, namely through PR activities in the program (ILC Goes to Campus) and event content presented by the ILC program.
