Abstract

Gereja Keuskupan Agung Jakarta berupaya melibatkan umat dalam pelayanan pastoral evangelisasi Paroki. Tantangan Gereja saat ini adalah jumlah Imam dan umat yang tidak ideal, Imam yang memiliki pelayanan banyak, dan umat yang perlahan-lahan kurang aktif. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan melihat dan memahami kepemimpinan spiritual Imam di paroki, sehingga umat terdorong untuk terlibat di dalam pelayanan pastoral evangelisasi Gereja. Sub fokus penelitian diarahkan pada komunikasi, pelibatan dan pembinaan yang dilakukan para Imam di paroki. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pencarian data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dipilih dari Dewan Paroki Harian sembilan paroki di KAJ. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti melakukan reduksi, penyajian atau paparan dan terakhir dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mempertajam data yang ada, penelitian meverifikasi data melalui dua Teknik triangulasi, yaitu sumber dan konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual Imam berjalan dengan mengupayakan umat untuk terlibat. Diawali dengan adaya komunikasi yang hangat dan terbuka antara Imam dengan umat, sehingga terbentuk kedekatan. Kedekatan yang terjadi membuka peluang Imam untuk melibatkan umat dalam berbagai upaya pelayanan, bahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dan untuk menjaga motivasi dan semangat serta menambah pengetahuan Iman umat, Imam melaksankaan program pembinaan untuk menunjang keterlibatan mereka di paroki. ***** The Church of the Archdiocese of Jakarta seeks to involve the people in the pastoral ministry of parish evangelization. The challenges of the Church today are the number of Priests and parishioners who are not ideal, Priests who have a lot of ministry, and people who are slowly less active. Therefore, this study aims to see and understand the spiritual leadership of priests in parishes, so that people are encouraged to be involved in the pastoral ministry of evangelization of the Church. The sub-focus of the research is directed at the communication, engagement and coaching carried out by the Priests in the parish. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Methods of searching for data through interviews, observation and documentation. Informants are elected from the Daily Parish Councils of nine parishes in KAJ. In analyzing the data, researchers carry out reduction, presentation or exposure and finally draw conclusions. To sharpen existing data, research verifies data through two triangulation techniques, namely source and concept. The results showed that the spiritual leadership of the Priest proceeded by seeking the people to be involved. It begins with a warm and open communication between the Priest and parishioners, so that closeness is formed. The closeness that occurs opens up opportunities for the Priest to involve the people in various ministry efforts, even in decision-making. And to maintain motivation and enthusiasm and increase the knowledge of the Faith of the people, the Priest carried out a coaching program to support their involvement in the parish.
