Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi kewarganegaraan digital apa saja yang diimplementasikan dalam program pendidikan karakter SMP Labschool Jakarta dan bagaimana cara pengimplementasian programnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Labschool Jakarta, mulai bulan April 2022. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMP Labschool Jakarta menyediakan akses digital berupa fasilitas pembelajaran digital. Selanjutnya kompetensi literasi digital, komunikasi digital, etika digital, dan tanggung jawab digital dilaksanakan melalui program pendidikan karakter di sekolah, dengan mengintegrasikan kompetensi digital citizenship melalui kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam dan luar kelas, melalui pembiasaan dan penegakan aturan. Pertama, pembelajaran TIK berfokus pada keterampilan penggunaan teknologi, dan PPKn berfokus pada pembentukan warga negara yang cerdas dan baik. Kedua, kegiatan terprogram di luar kelas diantaranya program digital labs, program anti perundungan, serta program siswa dan blog. Ketiga, melalui pembiasaan 5S dalam berkomunikasi secara langsung atau online. Keempat, melalui penerapan tata tertib penggunaan teknologi di sekolah. Kesimpulan, program pendidikan karakter di SMP Labschool Jakarta sudah mengintegrasikan kompetensi digital citizenship yaitu literasi digital, komunikasi digital, etika digital, dan tanggung jawab digital ke dalam pelaksanaan berbagai program pendidikan karakter di sekolah yang diajarkan melalui pengajaran, pembiasaan, dan penegakan aturan. ***** The purpose of this research is to know what digital citizenship competency are implemented in the character education program at Labschool Jakarta and to know how to implement the program. This research was conducted at Labschool Jakarta, since April 2022. This study used a qualitative approach, with a descriptive method. The study used a qualitative approach, with a descriptive method. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing The results of the study showed that SMP Labshool Jakarta provided digital access in the form of learning facilities in the digital era. Furthermore, digital citizenship competencies such as digital literacy, digital communication, digital ethics, and digital rights and responsibilities are implemented through in character education programs in SMP Labschool Jakarta, by integrating digital citizenship competencies through learning activities inside and outside the classroom, through habituation and rule enforcement. First, ICT learning focuses on using the technology , and Civics Education focus on the formation of smart and good citizen. Second, programmatic activities outside the classroom include digital labs programs, anti-bullying programs, as well as student programs and blogs . Third, through 5S habituation in communicating directly or online. Fourth, through the application of enforcement for the use of technology in schools. The conclusion of the study shows that digital citizenship competencies implemented through character education programs at SMP Labschool Jakarta are digital literacy, digital communication, digital ethics, and digital responsibility with used methode through teaching, habituation, and rule enforcement.
