Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pemberitaan kinerja Anies Baswedan pada portal berita Kompas.com dengan kepuasan mahasiswa DKI Jakarta khususnya mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi yaitu Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta, sebanyak 469 orang dan sampel diambil menggunakan 25% dari populasi yaitu sebanyak 117 orang. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data variabel X dan Y pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah 95 butir. Terdapat langkah-langkah dalam pengujian seperti uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji persyaratan analisis seperti uji normalitas dan uji linieritas serta uji hipotesis berupa uji regresi linier sederhana, uji T, uji koefisien determinasi dan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Pada uji validitas instrumen variabel X dan Y menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan N = 30 maka r tabel yang digunakan sebesar 0,361. Sedangkan untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan tekhnik cronbanch Alpha dengan hasil yang diperoleh pada variabel X yaitu 0,893 dan variabel Y yaitu 0,969. berdasarkan hasil uji reliabilitas tersebut instrumen pada penelitian ini dapat dikatakan reliabel. Dalam uji prasyarat analisis penelitian ini didapatkan persamaan regresi Y = 52,978+2,156X, nilai koefisiensi regresi 2,156, t hitung 12,960, koefisien determinasi (r square) sebesar 0,594 dan korelasi pearson product moment 0,335. Hasil dari uji T diperoleh T hitung 12,960 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh 2,048, maka t hitung > t tabel (12,960 > 2,048). Dengan hasil tersebut maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan besaran kontribusi variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 59,4%. Maka disimpulkan bahwa pemberitaan kinerja bersifat positif yang memiliki arti berkontribusi (dengan kategori moderat) terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dengan signifikan dengan besaran angka 59,4%. ***** The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between reporting on Anies Baswedan's performance on Kompas.com online news portals with student satisfaction, especially students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. This study used a population of 469 students from the Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta, and the sample was taken using 25% of the population with a calculation result of 117 people. The sampling technique in this study uses Simple Random Sampling. The data collection of variables X and Y in this study used a questionnaire with a total of 95 items. There are steps in testing such as instrument testing, like validity testing and reliability testing. Test requirements analysis such as testing for normality and linearity test and hypothesis testing in the form of simple linear regression, T test coefficient of determination test. And Pearson Product Moment Correlation. In testing the validity of the instrument variables X and Y using the product moment correlation with a significance level of 0.05 with N = 30, the r table used is 0.361. As for the reliability test using the cronbanch Alpha technique, the results obtained in the X variable are 0.935 and the Y variable is 0.975. based on the results of the reliability test, the instrument in this study can be said to be reliable. In the prerequisite test of this research analysis, the regression equation Y = 52,978 + 2.156X, the regression coefficient value is 2.156, t count is 12.960, the coefficient of determination (r square) is 0.594 and the pearson product moment correlation is 0,335.. The results of the T test obtained T count 12.960 at a significance level of 0.05 obtained 2.048, then t count > t table (12.960 > 2.048). With these results, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, with the magnitude of the contribution of the variable X to Y of 59.4%. It is concluded that the news of performance is positive (with moderate category) on the level of student satisfaction significantly.
