Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Implementasi Kebijakan bantuan Program Sembako Tahun 2022 di Kelurahan Larangan Selatan dan Kontribusi Bantuan Sosial Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Larangan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berasal dari observasi di Kelurahan Larangan Selatan, hasil dokumentasi, wawancara yang melibatkan Ketua RW, Ketua RT, PSM (Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat), dan tiga masyarakat penerima bantuan Program Sembako Tahun 2022 yang dipilih secara acak, serta buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan, serta keabsahan datanya diuji melalui teknik triangulasi dan expert opinion yaitu Ketua Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya dukungan pemerintah dalam implementasi kebijakan bantuan Program Sembako Tahun 2022 di Kelurahan Larangan Selatan sehingga ini dapat mempermudah pihak kelurahan dalam memproses data untuk masyarakat yang membutuhkan dana bantuan sosial, akan tetapi masih terdapat kesalahan data dalam proses pencairan dana bantuan sosial Program Sembako Tahun 2022 yang diberikan oleh Dinas Sosial. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini: 1) Implementasi kebijakan bantuan sosial Bantuan Program Sembako Tahun 2022 di Kelurahan Larangan Selatan sudah diimplementasikan, meskipun masih ada yang harus ditingkatkan seperti pendataan masyarakat penerima bantuan Program Sembako Tahun 2022. 2) Kontribusi bantuan Program Sembako terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat hanya berfokus dalam satu indikator kesejahteraan saja yaitu aspek makanan, oleh karena itu bantuan Program Sembako Tahun 2022 belum dapat dikatakan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. This study aims to find out about the Implementation of the 2022 Sembako Program Assistance Policy in South Larangan Village and the Contribution of Social Assistance to Community Welfare in South Larangan Village. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data used in this study came from observations in the Larangan Selatan Sub-district, documentation results, interviews involving the Head of RW, Head of RT, PSM (Community Social Workers), and three communities who received the 2022 Sembako Program assistance who were randomly selected, as well as books. and journals related to research. This study uses data analysis techniques through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions, and the validity of the data is tested through triangulation techniques and expert opinions, namely the Chair of the Public Administration Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Based on the research findings, it shows that there is government support in implementing the policy for the 2022 Sembako Program assistance in Larangan Selatan Village so that it can make it easier for the kelurahan to process data for people who need social assistance funds, but there are still data errors in the process of disbursing social assistance funds. The 2022 Basic Food Program provided by the Social Service. The conclusions of this study: 1) The implementation of the social assistance policy for the 2022 Sembako Program Assistance in Larangan Selatan Village has been implemented, although there are still things that need to be improved, such as collecting data on the community receiving the 2022 Sembako Program assistance. 2) The contribution of the Sembako Program assistance to the welfare of the community only focuses on only in one indicator of welfare, namely the food aspect, therefore the assistance for the 2022 Basic Food Program cannot be said to improve the welfare of the community.
