Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan model belajar Quantum Teaching terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas 8D SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian soal post test pilihan ganda serta lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian dengan menerapkan model belajar Quantum Teaching menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 45% dari pra penelitian hingga siklus 2, serta adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata belajar dari 73,4 menjadi 87,0 yang telah mencapai target Indikator Pencapaian Hasil (IPH) ≥80% dari KKM 78. Penerapan model belajar Quantum Teaching juga berhasil meningkatkan keaktifasn peserta didik pada aspek bertanya, menjawab, berpendapat, dan bekerjasama. Keaktifan peserta pada siklus 1 didominasi kategori kurang aktif, namun pada siklus 2 mengalami penurunan pada kategori tersebut dan terdapat peningkatan kategori cukup aktif serta aktif. Selain itu pada siklus 2 terdapat peserta didik yang sangat aktif dalam aspek bertanya, menjawab, serta berpendapat. ***** This study aims to determine the impact of the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model on the learning outcomes of 8D grade students SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. Data collection was carried out by providing multiple-choice post- test questions and observation sheets for teacher and student activities. The results of the study by applying the Quantum Teaching learning model showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes by 45% from pre-research to cycle 2, as well as an increase in the average learning score from 73.4 to 87.0 which had reached the Target Result Achievement Indicator (IPH) ≥80% of KKM 78. The application of the Quantum Teaching learning model has also succeeded in increasing the activeness of students in the aspects of asking, answering, arguing, and collaborating. The activeness of participants in cycle 1 was dominated by the less active category, but in cycle 2 there was a decrease in that category and there was an increase in the category of quite active and active. In addition, in cycle 2 there are students who are very active in the aspects of asking, answering, and arguing.
