Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kebijakan Bebas Visa Kunjungan terhadap Jumlah Wisatawan Mancanegara yang berwisata ke Bali. Kebijakan Bebas Visa Kunjungan merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah Indonesia untuk menarik wisatawan asing datang berkunjung ke Indonesia dengan memberikan kemudahan melalui bebas visa. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Gravitasi model yang sering digunakan dalam mengukur Permintaan Pariwisata. Negara yang menjadi observasi dalam penilitian ini adalah Australia, Cina, India, Jepang, Korea Selatan, Inggris, Perancis dan Amerika Serikat sebagai 8 negara yang memiliki jumlah wisatawan mancanegara terbanyak yang berwisata ke Bali dari tahun 2008-2019 selain negara ASEAN. Hasil dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil estimasi Kebijakan Bebas Visa Kunjungan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah wisatawan mancanegara di Bali. Namun untuk GDP per kapita setiap negara memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah wisatawan mancanegara dan Jarak antar Ibukota memiliki pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah wisatawan mancanegara. Kata kunci : Jumlah Wisatawan, Pendapatan Perkapita, Kebijakan Bebas Visa, Gravitasi Model *** The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of visa free policy on the number of tourists from around the world returning. The visa free policy is one of the efforts of the Indonesian government to attract foreign tourists to come to Indonesia with access to free visas. The methodology used in research is a Gravity model that is often used in measuring for demand tourism. Australia, China, India, Japan, South Korea, Britain, France, the United States, and the United States as the 8 with the largest number of tourists to Bali from 2008-2019 beyond ASEAN. Results in this study have shown that according to estimates that visitation policy has hada positive and significant impact on the number of tourists to Bali. But for the GDP per capita each country has a negative and insignificant impact on the number of tourists and the distance from the capital has a negative and insignificant impact on the number of tourists to Bali.
