Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model latihan keterampilan memanah ronde nasional jarak 30 meter berbasis permainan U-D (Ultra Dimension) Archery untuk atlet panahan yang berusia 12-15 Tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) berdasarkan rujukan Borg and Gall. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet Ronde Nasional berusia 12-15 tahun dari beberapa klub panahan di DKI Jakarta yang sudah bisa memanah jarak 30 meter, diantaranya 15 atlet untuk uji coba kelompok kecil, 40 atlet untuk uji coba kelompok besar, dan pada uji efektifitas sebanyak 25 atlet untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 25 atlet untuk kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan skoring memanah jarak 30 meter. Hasil penelitian didapat 7 model dengan 60 item model latihan keterampilan memanah Ronde Nasional jarak 30 meter berbasis permainan U-D (Ultra Dimension) Archery. Hasil analisis data dan interpretasinya menunjukkan rata-rata hasil selisih skor memanah subjek pada kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelompok kontrol yaitu 12,60 berbanding 3,96. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji t-independent menggunakan SPSS diketahui bahwa nilai t sebesar 13,6 dan nilai signifikansi 2 arah (two-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor memanah yang berarti antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa model latihan keterampilan memanah ronde nasional 30 meter berbasis permainan U-D (Ultra Dimension) Archery adalah Efektif. The method used in this study is a research and development method based on Borg and Gall references. The subjects in this study were National Round athletes aged 12-15 years from several archery clubs in DKI Jakarta who were able to shoot at a distance of 30 meters, including 15 athletes for small group trials, 40 athletes for large group trials, and in the effectiveness test as many as 25 athletes for the experimental group and 25 athletes for the control group. The instrument used in this study was to use a shooting distance of 30 meters archery. The results of the study obtained 7 models with 60 items of archery skills training model for the National Round of 30 meters distance based on the U-D (Ultra Dimension) Archery game. The results of data analysis and interpretation showed that the average difference in the archery scores of subjects in the experimental group was higher than the control group, which was 12.60 versus 3.96. Based on the calculation of the independent t-test using SPSS, it is known that the t-value is 13.6 and the two-tailed significance value is 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference in archery scores between the experimental group and the control group so that it can be said that the 30 meter national round archery skill training model based on the U-D (Ultra Dimension) Archery game is effective.
