Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Profil Lulusan Program Studi D3 Tata Busana 2019-2022 di dunia kerja dan tingkat kepuasan lulusan dalam bekerja saat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara online untuk menjaring lulusan yang ditempati lulusan. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester 115 tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah lulusan Program Studi D3 Tata Busana dengan tahun kelulusan 2019-2022 sebanyak 85 orang, yaitu yang bekerja sebanyak 68 orang dan 17 orang tidak bekerja. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, analisis profil lulusan Program Studi D3 Tata Busana UNJ, yaitu: periode masa studi lulusan dapat menjalankan perkuliahan dengan baik, 92% lulus sesuai standar masa studi Diploma 3 (D3) yaitu 3 – 4 tahun, dan rata-rata keseluruhan Indeks prestasi Akhir (IPA) lulusan, yaitu 3,40. Periode pekerjaan pertama alumni sangat baik, melihat alumni sebesar 50% telah mendapatkan pekerjaan pertamanya kurang dari 3 bulan. Program Studi D3 Tata Busana dapat dikatakan berhasil melihat dari data, 41% lulusan menyatakan kurikulum Progam Studi D3 Tata Busana UNJ sesuai dengan kebutuhan di dunia kerja, dan sebesar 68% lulusan menyatakan Program Studi D3 Tata Busana UNJ cukup dikenal di industri busana. Lulusan mendapatkan pekerjaan pertama sangat sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang dimiliki, sebesar 43% lulusan. Untuk gaji saat ini yang diperoleh lulusan sangat baik, diatas 4 juta sebesar 50% lulusan. Lulusan sudah cukup berhasil dengan pekerjaan nya saat ini, melihat dari 47% lulusan sudah cukup sejahtera dengan pekerjaan utamanya saat ini, 61% lulusan cukup bangga dengan prestasi yang diraih, dan hubungan antara atasan dan rekan kerja dengan lulusan sangat baik ditempat kerja. ***** The aim of this research was to know the Analysis Profile of Graduates of D3 Tata Busana Study Program in the world of work and graduation’s satisfaction level working at this time. This research was conducted online to capture graduates who were occupied by graduates. The time of research was carried out in semester 115 of the 2021/2022 academic year. Respondents in this study were graduates of the D3 Tata Busana Study Program with the graduation year 2019-2022, as many as 85 people, namely 68 people working and 20 people not working. The methodology used in this research is a survey method using descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the Analysis Profile Graduates of D3 Tata Busana Study Program UNJ, are: the period of study the graduates were able to carry out the lectures well, 92% passed the standard period of study for Diploma 3 (D3) which is 3 – 4 years, and the overall average achievement index final graduates is 3.40. The graduates first employment period was very good, based on 50% of graduates had gotten their first job in less than 3 months. The D3 Tata Busana Study Program can be said to be successful. From the data, 41% of graduates stated that the D3 Tata Busana Study Program curriculum at UNJ was in accordance with the needs in the world of work, and 68% of the graduates stated that the D3 Tata Busana Study Program was well known in the fashion industry. 43% of graduates got their first job was relevant to their educational background. The salary received by graduates is very good, above 4 million by 50% of graduates. Graduates are quite successful with their current jobs, based on 47% of graduates who are quite prosperous with their current main job, 61% of graduates are quite proud of their achievements, and the relationship between superiors and co-workers graduates is also very good at work.
