Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi siswa kelas IX terhadap pembelajaran online di SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi dapat dilihat berdasarkan tiga indikator, yaitu model pembelajaran, lingkungan belajar, dan interaksi belajar. Data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran yang di gunakan oleh guru pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran online, yaitu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning, dimana siswa diajarkan untuk berpikir kritis dengan berdiskusi secara online. Sebelum memulai pembelajaran, guru memberikan materi pengantar dalam bentuk video pembelajaran kepada siswa. Video pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru membuat siswa mudah memahami materi yang diberikan secara online. Akan tetapi lingkungan belajar siswa yang berbeda-beda dan interaksi belajar siswa yang dilakukan secara online dari rumah, membuat siswa kurang berkonsentrasi saat mengikuti proses pembelajaran online. *****   This study aims to describe the perceptions of class IX students towards online learning at SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study was class IX students of SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta for the 2020/2021 academic year with 56 samples. The results showed that students' perceptions of online learning during the pandemic can be seen based on three indicators, namely learning models, learning environments, and learning interactions. The data shows that the use of learning models used by teachers in the implementation of online learning, namely by using a problem based learning learning model, where students are taught to think critically by discussing online. Before starting learning, the teacher provides introductory material in the form of learning videos to students. Learning videos provided by the teacher make it easy for students to understand the material given online. However, different student learning environments and student learning interactions that are carried out online from home, make students less concentrated when participating in the online learning process.
