Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahwa dengan penerapan pendekatan modifikasi media dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar melempar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas atau classroom action research. Dalam penggunaan metode ini peneliti menggunakan dua siklus dan dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari dua tindakan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk peningkatan gerak dasar melempar yaitu sikap awal, pelaksanaan, dan sikap akhir. Sementara itu alat ukur untuk hasil peningkatan gerak dasar melempar yaitu lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan penerapan pendekatan modifikasi media dapat meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar melempar baik itu sikap awal, pelaksanaan, dan sikap akhir. Hasil peningkatan tersebut ditunjukan dari peningkatan hasil persentase setiap siklusnya. Data awal adalah 80% berada pada status tidak tuntas, 20% berada pada status tunta. Siklus I adalah 85% berada pada status tidak tuntas dan 15% berada pada status tuntas. Sedangkan siklus II adalah 5% berada pada status tidak tuntas dan 95% berada pada status tuntas. Sehingga apabila proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana yang disusun sebelumnya, maka hasilnyapun diduga akan baik dan memuaskan seperti apa yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu dengan menerapkan pendekatan modifikasi media dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar melempar siswa kelas IV SDS Trisula Perwari 3 Rawamangun. ******* The purpose of this study was to find out that the application of a media modification approach could improve students' learning outcomes of throwing. The research method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research method. In the use of this method the researcher uses two cycles and in each cycle consists of two actions. The instruments used to improve the basic motion of throwing are the initial attitude, execution, and final attitude. Meanwhile, the measuring instrument for the results of improving the basic throwing motion is the observation sheet. The results showed that the application of the media modification approach could improve the basic movement skills of throwing, both the initial attitude, implementation, and final attitude. The results of the increase are shown by the increase in the percentage yield for each cycle. Initial data is 80% is in incomplete status, 20% is in pending status. Cycle I was 85% in incomplete status and 15% in complete status. While the second cycle is 5% is in incomplete status and 95% is in complete status. So that if the learning process is carried out properly in accordance with the plans prepared previously, then the results are expected to be good and satisfying as what was done in this study. The conclusion from the results of this study is that by applying a media modification approach it can improve the learning outcomes of basic throwing motions for fourth grade students of SDS Trisula Perwari 3 Rawamangun.
